Description

The OZR18 is a small form factor, low cost, broadband InGaAs PIN photodetector, operating up to 18 GHz. RF signal transport of L, C, X, and Ku-Band are supported.

Fiber optics support RF transport in situations where transport distance or flexibility of cabling may prohibit the use of coaxial cable. The standard RF interface is high frequency 50 Ohm SMA and the standard optical interface is SC/APC fiber pigtail (FC/APC is also available). The PIN photodetector is powered from a 5V source.
