Position / Title:

Wireless DAS Sales – Territory Manager (West Coast)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Primary focus will be selling our solutions to the commercial wireless carriers Verizon,
T-Mobile, and AT&T along with their engineering service companies, integrators, neutral host companies and the Public Safety Wireless markets. Your working knowledge of the cellular carriers, cellular infrastructure and DAS, is a plus. We are seeking an individual with experience in these markets.
Territory:
Initial territory covers USA east of the Mississippi – may be revised in the future.
Responsibilities:
Cellular Wireless infra-structure
Prospecting and maintaining customers in the US cellular market for Optical Zonu’s ZONUConnect Fiber Transport and GPS over fiber products.
 Day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:
  • Searching for new clients who can benefit from our products
  • Calculating client budgetary quotations
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Maintaining existing relationships with customers
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
  • Meeting regular sales targets
Skills
  • Ability to read write and speak English proficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM’s
  • iBwave design a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a electrical engineering or technical field or commensurate experience
Experience
Minimum of 2 years with a cellular carrier, integrator or engineering or other related experience.

Electronics RF Technician

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable RF and Fiber Optics Technician
With the following attributes:
• Electrical/Electronics knowledge
• Knowledge & experience working with Microscopes and work with small components.
• Knowledge & experience working with Microscopes Network Analyzer and Spectrum Analyzer equipment
• Understanding intermodulation and noise measurements.
• Test, measurements and troubleshooting electronics.
• Experience in laboratories assembling optical components, such as Lasers, Photodiode, Fiber cables is a plus.
• Great with people & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, and self motivated
Responsibilities
• Support the production line in the form of testing, Troubleshoot digital, analog and RF circuitry to the component level
• Perform electronic testing on units, sub-assemblies, composite assemblies and customer returns using complex test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, generators and Network
Analyzers).
• Develop and modify test plans, procedures and other documentation used in the manufacturing process.
• Use theoretical analysis, problem-solving and experimentation skills to develop proactive approaches to troubleshoot unusual technical problems.
• Attain comprehensive knowledge of all assigned product lines, thorough knowledge of basic product building blocks, and interfacing characteristics between units.
• Provide technical assistance to Engineering with testing of out-of-box failures (RMA), analysis and identification of root cause corrective action procedures.
• Perform rework, tune-up and soldering.
• Testing, Tuning/troubleshooting RF Optical Fiber units and isolate problem to component level.
• Experience splicing Optical fiber, Straight and Lossy Splice is a plus.
• Support, assist engineers to test, troubleshoot, setup station, and modified new products. Environmental/ESS test from -40C to 80C,
• Log and collecting data for analysis.
Major Plus:
• Prior Electrical and Fiber Optic Skills
• Familiarities with computers is a plus
This position requires one to be a proactive, positive, competent, composed hands-on team player as well as working independently if required.
This position will have the following duties:
• Working in the laboratories assembling optical components, such as Lasers, Photodiode, Fiber cable.
